Bharatanatyam is the oldest classical dance tradition of India. The theoretical foundation of the Indian classical dance laid out in Natya Shastra, can be traced to various ancient art forms including Bharatanatyam.
Kathak is one of the eight forms of Indian classical dances, originated from India. This dance form traces its origins to the nomadic bards of ancient northern India.
Freestyle is a way of dancing in which the dancer improvises his/her moves on the spot. This style is good for kids below 5years as well as adults.
